Michelle Wang is an avid animal lover and artist, who was recently awarded Texas Young Master by the Texas Cultural Trust. As an entrepreneur, Michelle started a sustainability-focused company that has seen over 500% growth in less than a year and profit growth of over 2000%. Awarded Distinguished Performance in Business Leadership by COO and VP of Bureau Veritas, Alan Sikarskie, Michelle uses her leadership skills to encourage other students to take charge of their situations and contribute toward society. She hopes to bring her fields of interest together to assist those in need in a unique way. Michelle has always been passionate about helping her community, from volunteering at the city animal shelter to dedicating her time to manage the Woodlands Art League online gallery, she hopes to contribute in vital areas and created this organization to promote her belief and motivate others to do the same.

Ellie Wang is a high schooler at Phillips Exeter Academy who is passionate about encouraging confident girls and is an animal welfare advocate with her long-standing support to animal organizations like ASPCA. Since age 7, she has been competing rigorously with her swim team and has attended state-wide competitions such as TAGS. Her journey through this sport has taught her valuable lessons in teamwork, dedication, and time management. Despite practicing over 12 hours a week, she helps run Stand Behind by creating handbooks, organizing and leading the team of Ambassadors, and outreaching to different locations as she partners with other organizations to further the mission. Initially starting Stand Behind to help her immediate community, she hopes to expand their reach to make a lasting impact.

D’Anna Wade is a Corporate Social Responsibility professional with over a decade of experience helping organizations create positive social impact. She has developed campaigns and facilitated public and private partnerships to support global business operations, enhance brand awareness, and achieve employee engagement and community outreach goals.
D’Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Given how the current COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately affected underserved BIPOC communities, I hope that my work with Stand Behind will help hospitals in my predominantly Hispanic area to be better equipped to deal with the constant flow of patients. Outside of my work with Stand Behind, I am also involved in many youth communities that promote civic engagement, mental health awareness, and education reform.

As a seasoned teacher for the past eighteen years I've worked in urban and rural areas and have experienced both urban and rural life in my career. I have seen how village, poor and unhealthy children especially orphans struggle to be educated. I have worked with NGOs especially those involve in family welfare that is health and education. Here we have been educating communities on several diseases like HIV Aids, Poliomyelitis and the recent Corona virus. Thus the Stand Behind foundation in collaboration with HEADS FOUNDATION is another very good opportunity for me to serve people especially those in the rural areas since it concerns health, education, agriculture, development and sports. This is because with agriculture added to the program, the less privilege will learn new Technics of farming to better their output. And agriculture being their main occupation, their living standards will be improved. This is why am very delighted to join and work with this foundation or NGO
